Provincial Health Service Authority BC licenses DragonCore COVID CCMTool

(November, 2020) To meet the increasing workload of COVID-19 throughout British Columbia, PHSA BC has licensed DragonCore’s CCMTool for Case & Contact Management for public sector health organizations throughout BC and the Yukon. Vancouver Coastal Health has integrated and successfully used the solution since September 2020 and has been a leader in implementing and validating the use of the CCMTool throughout this time.

DragonCore Canada Inc. started developing the CCMTool in March 2020 and has rapidly expanded functionality and consistently built out the tool throughout the global COVID-19 pandemic. The DragonCore CCMTool has managed thousands of COVID-19 cases and contacts and has been used in Ontario and British Columbia. The CCMTool has been built using Microsoft Azure and represents the future and flexibility of advanced and rapid development.
